Palm mutes, this was fun …

Well, to keep a long story short, I used to play metal, before I got into electronic music, I played bass guitar in a metal band. The passion for fast paced kick drums and hard snare hits as well as heavy guitars never really died. A while back I was just making palm mutes with my guitar and discovered that “this was fun” so I recorded that part and some other parts and that became the first song. Production wise, there’s a lack of quality but the aggression and energy is there (at least in my opinion, playlist curators might have a different view).
At first I tried to do the vocals myself, but it sounded like a**. I found this guy who can growl and he recorded the vocals and it sounded brutal. So whenever I make music with him, the alias “Del Ente” will be used.
Here we are, one song finished and released, another one close to finished and a few drafts for some more songs. Unless the feedback kills my “joy” I might continue on this path for a while. Otherwise it’s a good way to get rid of some built up frustration by annihilating my guitar amp with overdrive.
