Once again I wrote a song about life. This time it’s about being an adult and how repetitive life becomes when you reach a certain age. The focus we put on how we were before, when we were younger and more vital. When we go to sleep we lie awake for hours and remember how things used to be before. Everything would become so much better if you could just be that person again. Or would it?
I have worked a bit on my guitar sound and my goal has been a warmer less grungy sound. The display on my good old Line6 Flextone III XL amp says: 5150, which is an old legendary tube amp. Together with my Les Paul, I got a round, less edgy sound than in my previous songs.
